Good Day Mate!

It was really cold here in Melbourne and Kaley seems to enjoy the cold. I had to put on several layers of clothings for her before we can head out. Not forgetting her milk and water and food. It was a long list of things to bring along.

Look! Everyone is busy packing Kaley’s list of things to bring.
Po Po! Can we go yet?
We went for breakfast at a cafe near Victoria Market. Nice BIG breakfast we had. Kaley enjoyed the scrambled eggs and mushroom.
After breakfast, we made our way to Auntie Kathy friend’s place. It was raining and got pretty cold. We had chinese tea at her place. Nice combination, hot tea and cold weather.
Went to a shopping mall to get some groceries to cook dinner. Kaley was enjoying herself at the mall. She was walking so much ever since we arrived in Melbourne. So many things to explore.
Kaley was trying to communicate with these Oz kids. They were all amused by the way Kaley was ‘talking’ to them. They kept giggling.
I could tell she had lots of fun. Laughing

Kaley Goes Down Under

Kaley got up early this morning as she seems to know that we are taking a plane to Melbourne. She was all excited and was awake in the cab when we made our way to the airport at around 7am.
When we reached the airport and checked in, we were told that the flight had been delayed as this flight we are taking was a transit plane from London. We had to wait for another 2 hours before we can board the plane. We had complementary breakfast on the house though.
Kaley was waiting patiently to board the plane. After breakfast she fell asleep during our time in the airport. We did a couple of duty free shopping and in no time, it was time to board the plane.
The flight seems never ending. Kaley slept most of the time on board, which was good as I was afraid that she will get bored. We had to transit at Sydney and only got to Melbourne almost 12 mid night. What a tiring day. Frown

I Like Saturdays!

I like Saturdays because Papa and Mama always brings me out!

This morning I heard Papa asking Mama if we want to go and have breakfast with the dinos. I was wondering what I dinos. Daddy drove the usual route towards Jurong, and not long after we arrive at this place called the Singapore Science Centre.

We had breakfast at MacDonald’s again! I like the scrambled eggs and muffins. Today Papa bought me a Happy Meal. I was more interested in the food then the toy. Hehe! Wow, the hotcakes were delicious and it tasted even better with maple syrup. Mama gave me hotcake and scrambled egg. It was a wonderful treat! I simply love it.

Papa got me a small cup and a small straw. Mama then poured some water into the cup. I finished the water in no time.

Papa! Mama! I can drink from the straw! Laughing

After breakfast Papa brought me around Science Centre and I saw a giant creature. Papa said it’s a dinosaur. It was so BIG and I was so afraid it came to get me. Hehe!

After lunch, Papa brought me to the playground. I had so much fun there. Papa also took some photos for me.

What a fun day! Laughing

How Do I Look?

It’s Labour Day today! After Kaley took her lunch, we took the car and went to Raffles City, having the intention of getting her some thermal wear for the Melbourne trip.

Kaley has started walking on her own about two weeks back, she had been requesting to be on her foot almost the whole time when we were at the mall. She enjoyed the space and of course the balloons. She got hold of two balloons and you should see her grin on her face.

As we were about to leave, she found Daddy’s sunglasses hanging over his T-shirt and decided to try it on.

How do I look? Cool

Papa, I want to put it on!

Papa, can I bring this along with me to Melbourne? Laughing
